Meet Naki Osutei
Having spent 20 years working in institutions across three sectors, Naki Osutei has accumulated a range of experiences that she shares with aspiring leaders, executives and peers. She does this informally through coffee chats and formally through leadership development programs and now, through the Presence By Naki O podcast. In 2020, Naki was named to the WXN Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada and in 2021 appointed Executive-in-Residence at Rotman School of Management.
Naki brings many aspects of herself to the show. Her academic background (master’s in sociology with focus on race, culture and marketing); professional experiences including the development and execution of leadership programs that have positively impacted over 2500 people; working as an executive coach; volunteer Board leadership; serving as a speaker coach for TEDxToronto; her experience as an executive in Toronto’s financial services sector; and her past as a campus radio show host and deejay.
