Presence by Naki O. is a podcast about making space and taking space.

In media and popular culture, the corporate experience of Black, Indigenous and people of colour are limited to the telling and re-telling of their respective marginalization’s and oppressions.

Season One of Presence by Naki O. is dedicated to Black presence on Bay Street (a proxy for influential corporate institutions and spaces). This season’s aspiration: Black listeners leave more equipped to navigate the hallways of power with tools that support their personal resilience, activate success and ultimately give them and non-Black listeners, tools to drive towards more equitable working environments.
