Season One of Presence by Naki O. is dedicated to Black presence on Bay Street (a proxy for influential corporate institutions and spaces). This season’s aspiration: Black listeners leave more equipped to navigate the hallways of power with tools that support their personal resilience, activate success and ultimately give them and non-Black listeners, tools to drive towards more equitable working environments.
